Rachel at Spinriver Design is a degree qualified interior designer and APMP project manager with over 20 years of experience. With a strong commercial background she worked at on projects all over the UK at Nationwide Building Society on their £360 million branch refurb programme and globally on projects at ESPA International on luxury 5 star hotel spas. In 2009 she set up Spinriver Design to provide her services in Cornwall and Devon as well as remotely occasionally. Her first job was in an interiors shop aged 15.
Committed to personal development In 2005 she has qualified with a White CSCS card and SMSTS in Site Management Safety so she can continue to deliver projects to the highest standards.
She is also trained in CDM Regs (Construction Design and Management) the mandatory Health and Safety on all construction projects both domestic and commercial which you can find information on here) and is able to the on the legal duty of “Principal Designer”. She also provides scaled architectural drawings for interiors to Building Regulations and for Planning Applications where needed and can advise on space utilisation and remodel layouts for best effect.
