This year one of my goals is to create freedom through building a property side to my interior design business, the reason for this is I’m expecting my second child in August and I need to have more time with my little ones, whilst being able to build my business!
At the end of last year I received an email from Michelle Holmes, an entrepreneur I have trained with before who used to live in Cornwall; and now lives in Thailand or wherever she feels like going next ;)! inviting me to an event with a British Property Multi Millionaire, a lady by the name of Belinda Grashion from Doncaster. Belinda started out as a single mum of two on housing assistance trying to make just £50 a week more to better the life for her and her daughters. She has built up her property portfolio, taught her skills to her two daughters, plus many more clients. Today she has an idyllic lifestyle, spending winters holidaying in the sun and her free time enjoying life with her daughters and grandsons.
I went all the way to London from Cornwall for this one day event as I knew that Belinda was someone I just had to meet. Having met her I was not disappointed; she has a wonderful energy, is really authentic and has a lovely gentle manner. Belinda’s business style exudes grace, optimism and a genuine concern for the people she rents to. Oh and she is ever so glamorous too, she really made me laugh when she explained how on her first house she thought she would have a go at the decorating herself to save some money but had to keep her high heels on to look good! (She doesn’t recommend you do your own painting by the way and soon changed her mind). The event in London really opened my eyes to some of the strategies that Belinda uses. Now I want to share some of the knowledge that Belinda has accumulated with you over the last 14 years, as if you are interested in a property business I can’t think of a better person to listen to.
So why not join me in my journey to creating financial freedom and enjoy Belinda’s free training as much as I have, just click the link below! I highly recommend it.
(PS it’s free at the moment but worth £197, so get it whilst you can!)
